The Bigger Or Smaller Penis Card Game from Creative Conceptions is a party-focused activity designed for two or more participants. The deck measures 15.5 x 23.5 x 1.5cm, making it a portable option for stags, hens, or casual gatherings. Gameplay centres on a simple premise: a dealer reveals a card, and the next player must predict whether the following card features a larger or smaller member than the previous one.
Incorrect guesses result in various penalties, which can be adapted to suit the group's preference. Common house rules include taking a shot, completing a dare, answering a truth question, or removing an item of clothing for every incorrect prediction. This flexible scoring system allows the game to be adjusted for different social settings, ensuring the pace remains entertaining throughout the session.
