Manufactured by Bondara, the Top Brass penis pump is a clear plastic cylinder designed to help you achieve a fuller, firmer erection through vacuum suction. The main tube provides an 8-inch insertable length with a 2-inch diameter, featuring a helpful measurement scale along the side so you can track your visual progress. The overall unit extends to 25 inches when including the blue silicone piping and high-end pump handle.
To operate the device, apply a water-based lubricant generously to both the cylinder interior and your anatomy before inserting. Hold the base tightly against your pubic bone to maintain a seal while operating the manual handle. For safe use, the assembly includes an immediate quick-release valve that breaks the suction instantly whenever needed. Bondara notes that sessions should last roughly twenty minutes daily, with visible changes expected over a three to six month period.
Constructed entirely without latex or phthalates, this model combines a durable plastic body with flexible silicone piping. The built-in pressure gauge allows you to monitor the vacuum level throughout your routine. Maintenance requires standard cleaning practices after each use, ensuring proper hygiene for the clear chamber and internal seals.
